Hey, what excerices do you do as part of your ab workout because you have a very nicely toned stomach :)
To be honest, my abs always look best when I eat right. Ive cut out wheat and I rarely have starchy carbs. Also, processed foods and sugar are a no no. Use healthy alternatives eg. Honey.
Paired with simple exercises like crunches, sit ups, leg raises. They do wonders. Its important to work on your core, planking, squatting are perfect all rounders! X
